1. Platform

SITZY provides digital tools for discovering libraries and study spaces and managing bookings between students and participating library operators.

2. Accounts

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping their account credentials secure. Accounts may be restricted where required for security, fraud prevention or policy enforcement.

3. Bookings & Confirmations

Availability, prices, plan duration and booking status are displayed through the platform. A booking is confirmed only after the applicable confirmation or payment process is completed. Booking cancellation and refund rules depend on the applicable booking terms and library partner policy.

4. Payments & Settlement

Online payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers. Payment provider terms may also apply. SITZY displays transaction references, COD receipts, and payment status for operational and verification purposes.

5. Library Services & Facilities

Participating libraries are independent partners responsible for the maintenance, atmosphere, and amenities they provide. Operating hours and facilities may change, and visitors are expected to adhere to all library codes of conduct.

6. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent reservation details, disrupt library premises, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

7. Changes to Terms

SITZY may update these terms when platform features or regulatory guidelines evolve. Updated terms will always be published on this page.
